The Community of Practice (CoP) serves as collaborative learning space, with particular attention to the specific context of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). By facilitating dialogue and peer exchange, the contributes to capacity building and trust among eCAN Plus stakeholders. Shaped as a series of topic-specific online forums, the CoP brings together cancer centres, public health authorities and digital health stakeholders to foster the exchange of information, expertise and good practice in cancer care and prevention.
The CoP strategy is implemented in close alignment with the project’s technical work packages, fostering synergies and ensuring that dissemination and communication activities are driven by timely knowledge transfer, the availability of results, and the delivery of outputs across the project. In doing so, the CoP aims to significantly contribute to raising visibility and uptake of eCAN Plus’ findings, while strengthening peer learning, fostering collaborative problem-solving, and supporting the JA’s long-term sustainability strategy.
